Can't load game progress onto my new mobile phone : Fashion Cup Support

Hello, I recently bought a new mobile phone and wanted to log in with my old Fashion Cup account. I connected it with Google AND facebook but somehow it didnt work, even if it said that I successfully connected and switched accounts. I was on level 42 so this actually is a really big deal for me  I hope someone can help me out! 

I need help bad!! I was a level 51. Letter B. I had almost $500,000 and 249 diamonds. My son went and deleted my game by accident. He didnt know what he was doing. He is severely non-verbal Autistic. I have been playing for a while now and have invested time and money into this game. All I want is to have all my stuff back. I just want to know how to load all of my previous items and achievements. Please help me!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!
